Girl that did my nails was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. The only downside was that on the Treatwell app at the time of the booking both Long Lasting Pedicure and Long Lasting Polish have the same service detail/description while they are actually two different treatments. I went for long lasting polish and had to pay extra to get anything apart from application of the polish. I think this definitely needs to be more clearly explained as currently it seems like both treatments include soak off, cuticle work and polish application.
