Very relaxing manicure, staff were absolutely brilliant was running late and even stayed after close to make sure I didn’t leave with wet nails. Made my very short stubby hands look pretty in pink for the first time ever! Will 100% be coming back

The place was chilled and lovely. The Room which the treatment was done was very lovely. Unfortunately the treatment was bad as that same evening most of the polish had come off and I was going on holiday the next day so I wasn’t able to go back and complain. Ive complained via Treatwell and need to contact the salon as they refused to offer me a refund.
