Great haircut for the price! I had a cut, wash and blow dry during my lunch break. Great stylist and really liked the blow dry. Not much atmopshere but perfect if you are working in Canary Wharf.

Gel removal was done very well and would recommend. However the actual application of new gel polish was done very poorly. Streaky, bumpy, painted over my cuticles and overall my nails look very bad.

Overall had a great experience. Felt ambience could’ve been better - it felt a bit like walking into a corner shop that wasn’t busy. Really liked my haircut too. She really made sure she didn’t cut right away, she did it gradually to make sure it didn’t get too short. I appreciated it but I also felt like if you’re the type of person who wants to just get in, explain it once and then be quiet and have a quiet, pampering experience, it could be tedious having to explain every now and again to cut a bit more off. Staff is very to-the-point. I arrived, they didn’t greet me, just told me to sit at that chair and wait. She left the conditioner in my hair which was fine, but then I heard her go around the corner and cut her nails while waiting, so that’s was kind of strange.
