Bouton de Rose staff is polite and accommodating. I was running a bit late but Iraida still took time and care during the appointment. She checks in and makes me feel comfortable. Also noticed that they are good about not double dipping in the wax, which is key for hygiene. The wax is also less harsh and painful I find than others I’ve used
