Worse experience ever. I’ve always got my arm waxed at this salon but today it was awful. She didn’t know how to use the wax machine, kept hurting me and left soo many spots with hair. I had to show her what she had missed until I got feed up and give up. Definitely felt like it was her first time waxing and that she was in a rush to close the store.
Started 15mins late, and was very slow, the 20min appt took about an hour. Poor filing of my nails, I had to comment and correct each one and some are still wonky. Limited colour selection. Poor application of the polish, uneven lines. The bottle seemed to be running low so she mixed gel remover into it and then only did one coat. After the top coat when one nail smudged she didn’t fix it with the top coat but instead painted normal polish over the top coat. Will be redoing them myself at home.
