I booked for threading but when i turned up i was told they could only do waxing. I don’t usually wax and rushed home from work to make that appointment so it was definitely not good customer service. I was told someone left me a message to notify me which is untrue because I did not receive any missed calls or voice mails. I got the waxing done in the end and was told the £2 difference would come back as a credit on my treatwell account which hasn’t happened.
