I normally love this place but this experience was disappointing - I requested a specific therapist and didn’t get her, and asked for hot wax but 50% of the treatment was done using strip

There was no one to do the threading so I had a wax instead. It was ok but quite expensive for what it is

The venue is lovely, good atmosphere quite relaxing and Henrieta was pretty good, loved my nails.

Loved the venue and the therapist, only issues is my nails started chipping after a couple of days and one was completely off within a week. A real shame as I genuinely liked the salon.
