I booked what was required to learn that they had booked an appointment prior for any soak off of nails that I had. I did not require this, had I, I would’ve booked it. They made me feel that I may get charged for a slot that I didn’t require and never asked for. They also claimed to have tried calling me to ask, I received no calls. Missed or otherwise. I’m not sure I’d go back on the basis of this.
