Won't be returning. Booked for an eyebrow threading, arrived a few minutes early to be told the person who does threading wasn't working. This is the second time this has happened. I was offered an eyebrow wax instead. I didn't want it but had just travelled 30 minutes. Also had prepaid and they did not offer a refund. Took the wax, eyebrow area is now burned from. the wax. Using savlon for the pain/redness. This place is not professionally run. I can't recommend it.

The salon is a lovely space and the team is a great balance between friendly and professional. I had a haircut and the hairdresser made sure to understand exactly what I wanted and also advise before starting anything. The result is gorgeous, she worked fast but not rushed, clearly knew what she was doing.
