I booked an appointment before work and the lady doing my wax only arrived 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start which was a bit stressful but the wax was then done very quickly and is one of the better waxes I’ve had in London but might have been even better if it wasn’t so rushed. I’ll still go back another time
