I asked for most volume to be kept intact, only reducing the volume a little bit. Staff cut one side to about 55% of length and asked whether this volume is okay, and I said yes but no shorter. Staff then cut further, reducing the length on the sides to just about 25-30% of original length, which is simply too short. It would have been much better if staff had stuck with the roughly 55% length from earlier. It feels like staff almost automatically *imposed* a stereotypically short men's cut.
