Great nail work with attention to detail

I’m always happy with the service at the salon, however this time the service was quite poor. When removing the gel I always get my nails reshaped. This time I had to asked for it and the person put in doubt that this was included. She ended up doing it but it was pretty poor, so I had to reshape them myself when I got home, which is disappointing. I don’t know if the lady was new, in which case I could understand a bit more, but then better training should be provided to avoid this.
