Poor service, no clean up at the end. I also don’t appreciate being made to feel bad about myself just so the salon can upsell a service to me. Upselling is fine but dismissing my concerns about my sensitive skin by saying that I’m Asian and therefore my skin must be less sensitive than Caucasian skin is unacceptable. Walked out with a bad taste in the mouth - disappointed as I’m a regular.
