Skin was ripped off my face during the wax, which the therapist didn’t admit to. I paid for the treatment then realised when I left the salon that I was in such pain and discomfort because my skin had been ripped off in multiple locations. When I returned to the salon for a refund, they said in order to refund my treatment I must provide my long card number, expiry date and CVC via email which I absolutely did not do for obvious reasons.
