Great location friendly and accommodating staff . Warm welcomes and satisfying treatments . I’ve been back and would recommend.
I initially booked for a Gel manicure and pedicure combo worth £40-45. When I arrived there I asked the therapist if I could change and have a normal pedicure instead. When I go to pay they charge me £57. They said because I changed and it was no part of the combo, but nobody told me that when I asked if I could change it (and I change for a less expensive treatment) So really disappointed, I was pretty loyal to this place but these kind of things show you when you are not valued as a costumer
The salon no longer used a specific product I wanted used with my facial and massage. Therefore this was extremely disappointing. The therapist was good but without the product I wanted it was like a job half done.
