I had to come twice for my gel manicure. The first time I went, I was so unhappy with how the manicure was done. I emailed the salon to have it redone because it was silly to pay for something like that. The gel polish was so uneven and the technician even made one of my nails bleed. The salon was happy to book me in for a second appointment the next day. They had to remove the gel nails and start from scratch. The woman who redid my nails was very friendly and did an amazing job. Kudos to her
