My main issue with Boutique Spa is the failure to provide hygienic hand drying in the toilet. Users are expected to dry their hands on the SAME cotton hand towel. No paper towels or electric drier are provided. I complained about this pre Covid and am amazed to see this has still not been changed. This is the ONLY toilet used by the public in which I have witnessed this practice in decades!
