Have been coming to Boutique Spa regularly for gel mani but this was the first time when I was disappointed. It’s always been amazing before but this time the specialist was 25min late from her previous appointment (and they didn’t have anyone else available). The appointment was rushed and the cuticles weren’t cut well, one nail too much to the point that it was very red after & hurting. So unfortunately didn’t have a great experience this time but always did before… Love the atmosphere there

I tried this place because it has the best reviews in the area. Going in the place smelled of chemicals. The beautician seemed so distant which made the whole experience very awkward. I did waxing and she didn’t ask whether the hot wax was hot on my skin or not (which it was in some areas) and at the end she didn’t ask me to look and see if I was okay with it. I didn’t have that much hair so I trusted she removed all of it, only to find patches of hair when I got back home. I wouldn’t recommend.
