Facial started 10 min late and finished 15 min early. This after the therapist and receptionist argued about whose responsibility to check the client had arrived. The room was much too cold for it to be comfortable and the therapist could only turn the air conditioning on. She was rough and frankly the whole thing was anything but relaxing.
