I was a bit surprised, I’ve been here before and no problem. The lady waxing me did not leave the room for me to change and get dressed again in privacy, kept checking her phone during the wax and my skin was left quite raw and at places bleeding slightly, which it never does every time I get a Hollywood wax every month. The overall process was not very professional and quite painful, as the wax was too hot and the lady waxing me did not rip off in one go but rather in a couple attempts.
