The treatment was extremely rushed. The appointments were booked back to back and therapist under time pressure. I felt bad, as if my appointment was an inconvenience and as if I was getting a favour to be seen that day and not a treatment that I paid for. I do the same treatments there from time to time and never had issues. This time I was left with: -Red mark on left side of upper lip even after 3 days! -Patch of hair left on arm! (Willing to share pics privately with venue not online)
