Nice shaping and cuticle care however the application of shellac was not done very carefully and as a result some of my nails look thicker than others.

Pedicure and manicure were really good, cannot fault the therapist at all, but the reception team kept rushing her. I was a bit late for my appointment as I could not find parking, but I phoned up and informed them in advance. They kept asking my therapist how much longer she needed to finish my treatment which was not very welcoming.
