I can’t fault Mel in terms of her customer service, she was lovely & very welcoming, chatting throughout. I loved my acrylic nails & was very pleased with how they looked, however 3 days later one snapped off, a week later & another 2 have snapped off. Being someone that has their nails done regularly, this shouldn’t happen. I am disappointed with how easily these have snapped, unhappy with the money I’ve lost & unfortunately will not be returning.
