I've been going to Laura for my hair for a while now, and wouldn't go anywhere else. She doesn't just do what you ask for, but comes up with something using her experience and knowledge that results in a much better hair colour and finish than you'd originally wanted! - I went in with box-dye dark brown and expected to come out blonde...some hairdressers would have attempted this but she advised me differently and didn't want to just take money for something she knew I wouldn't be happy with.
