My son is apprehensive about getting his hair cut l. When we got to the salon, they made him feel comfortable and talked to him in a friendly way. They listened to his requests and cut his hair exactly as he wanted.
I have never seen him so happy to have a hair cut. He says he loves his new hair and wants to go back when he needs another hair cut.

The stylist cut off 2-3 more inches of hair than I requested. My hair looks awful now, I am so disappointed and am going to have to wait months for it to grow back. I didn’t say anything at the time because you can’t stick the hair back on can you. But the stylist really needs to take more care in giving customers what they request. The haircut was also rushed and she didn’t take care doing the front bits.
