Have been to Helena quite a few times now and she is just fantastic. She goes out of her way to understand any issues you've got and tailors treatment to what you need. Helena really knows what she's doing, would definitely recommend.

excellent - discovered issue for ongoing pain early on, getting right to the point that's been causing problems and providing instant relief through massage.
Also made good suggestions to help with posture and breathing which I am now incorporating on a daily basis. Already booked in for a full body assessment and looking forward to regular message.

Another wonderful Reiki session by Helena. She is more like a friend rather than therapist, makes me feel to open up, does not rush with anything,and takes the time to create a wonderful experience. Thank you once again and I’ll definitely be back.

Great pregnancy massage - was feeling very achy and wanted a massage and my fiance treated me to it, so glad he did, was great, felt so much better afterwards
