I got myself a bit lost when looking for the venue, but that's literally the only semi-negative thing I can say.
The setting was lovely, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the whole experience was the relaxing treat I had hoped for. I'd never had the treatment before and everything was explained in a straightforward way in arrival. I definitely felt the benefit afterwards.
I am looking forward to booking more treatments at the Bournville Therapy Centre.
