Really good visit, felt welcome from the moment I walked in. The lady who did my massage (can't remember her name!) was lovely and friendly, and kept professional throughout despite interruptions from builders upstairs - I believe they were working for a different company in the same building so not her fault! Left feeling relaxed and will definitely be back again.

My consultation was thorough and I felt listened to. She was lovely and made me feel calm and at ease. The massage itself was also catered to what I had asked for, right pressure and very relaxing. She used lovely oils that were not overpowering. Only slight gripe was the room is at the back of another salon so you can hear what is going on. I felt the other therapists from this salon should be mindful as they spoke very loud and a noisy child was shouting which ruined the ambience. Saying this my therapist did apologise at the end for the noise. Can’t fault the massage or therapist.

The treatment was lovely and relaxing, however the music kept slipping and the room was very hot so I struggled to get comfortable at first.

I have been to bourneville therapy centre a number of times now and have had a number of different treatments, which have always been tailored to my needs. I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, more mobile and really cared for by staff. I would thoroughly recommend to anybody looking for both pampering or help with stiffness/pain/specific problems. Completely happy customer!
