I asked for a full body firmly massage, and I wood like to mention that it was just a relaxing massage and not full body, I haven’t get my arms massages.

I was the 1st customer post-lockdown & was a little bit nervous as I've seen lots of people not following the government guidelines. I shouldn't have worried! There is a new handwash station just inside the front door and disposal facemasks are available (although I wore my own). Staff wore facemasks, visors and disposable aprons throughout. Codie offered to wear gloves but I was happy with bare hands which she washed at the start. I felt really reassured about top standards of hygiene. Massage was fantastic as usual. I wrote a facemask throughout which was actually fine and didn't get in the way. I stupidly booked a facial too in my excitement at the centre reopening, but was informed on arrival that this isn't actually available at the moment, so will be rebooked for post-covid. It's a shame it is still listed on treatwell. Fab massage, really good covid measures in place, totally recommend ❤️ Thanks Codie!
