Highly recommend!
Came in for my first deep tissue massage and what an amazing experience,
My back was tight and achy from labour intensive work.
Codie had a brief conversation with me asking what areas I needed focus on and got to work. I have never felt better!
I already feel a lot more range in motion
And lighter as if heavy weights have been lifted from me.
Will definitely book in again

I had a back neck and shoulder massage with Codie. I felt relaxed straight away when walking into the therapy centre, Codie was really welcoming and the atmosphere was calm. The massage was excellent, I left feeling a lot lighter. I will definitely be booking again.
