This spa experience cost £150 and it was the worst value for money. The facial was badic, the products used were not of a good quality and the treatment room and spa treatment area is in bad need of a refurbishment. Paint peeling off the walls, damp on the ceiling and no feeling of warmth. The pool area was dark , hot and very slippery. My friend slipped over. The afternoon tea was ok and this was the best bit. We spent less than 2 hrs here

Spa break, with cream tea, treatment and bed and breakfast. Great value for money. Excellent communication prior to stay, to help us book in everything. Spa was very enjoyable and exceeded our expectations. The cream tea was particularly enjoyable. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were all very friendly. Highly recommend. Will be going back.
