Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff and a great location. Very good spa with excellent facilities and treatments. Food in restaurant amazing.

Hi, Overall, my experience was good, but the hot stone massage didn't meet my expectations. I requested medium to hard pressure, but the therapist did not focus on my problem areas, and the session felt slightly shorter than advertised. Additionally, the changing facilities need an upgrade. They are outdated compared to the rest of the hotel, quite small, and there is only one shower available for all female guests.
