This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel, think that in itself speaks high volumes, and will definitely be returning on my next visit to Bournemouth

Kirra was polite, pleasant, experienced and made me feel at ease. The Swedish massage was very relaxing. The treatment room was relaxing too with the lighting, music and warm. I would thoroughly recommend a massage if you have never had one before.

The experience was all lovely, pool was lovely and warm jacuzzi nice and hot, sauna and steam room just right, aromatherapy room particularly soothing, rest room was relaxing and quiet. The massages were especially good. I had Christina who was exceptionally polite and calming I could do with a massage like that every day ☺️
food and service was excellent and good portions.
Only minor critism was the ladies locker room was cramped for changing.
I will be back !!

The spa is tired and gloomy looking.
Not somewhere you can relax for a few hours.
The pool upstairs is much better, but it is open to families if you were looking for peace and quiet.
The treatments though were very good and I would recommend the Swedish massage and facial.
