It was a lovely stay just a few things when we went for our spa the lady on reception she didn’t tell us about phones being used! So she came into us like 3hours later to say we couldn’t use them but everyone was using them!! If you don’t want people using them then you need to make that clear. The back massage was ok but the girl had hurt her back so she couldn’t really do the job so it felt like just a tickle so I was a bit unhappy as this voucher was a wedding present.

Lovely hotel, yummy food and great location. The spa area is perfect for some well earned rest and relaxation
Classic Facials
Everything good at the Westcliff and enjoyed our day, including the lunch. Only issue noted is that the spa and changing area look a little worn and in need of updating or decoration.

Steam room floor was really dirty, spa pool wasnt in use, changing rooms tiny and had no toilet roll, then told by member of staff to put it in the holder ourself, charged £6 each for robes and slippers, rob was tiny half way up my arms and wouldn't go round me . And no slippers in stock, floors was so wet a lady slipped up 5 members of staff around the desk no one was sweeping water of the floors, was told my facil was elimis products, for the lady to then use kaeso product , not happy
