The therapist was not Katy it was Lacey & she was so lovely. A very friendly but professional manner & the massage & facial treatments were excellent. The receptionist in the Spa on our arrival was so reassuring immediately putting us at ease and making us feel welcome. The two course lunch was also excellent. Well cooked, nicely presented and our waiter was great. Would thoroughly recommend this Spa

Lovely place for a half day spa and lunch. It’s a busy hotel in the centre of town, but you still feel relaxed. The spa staff are always lovely.

Katy was a wonderful therapist! She was kind and considerate and did 2 facials and 2 Swedish massages back to back for myself and my 3 relatives who had an overnight spa break. And she did these all with a smile. She made sure we were comfortable and we all came out of our treatments feeling so relaxed and pampered! I had the massage and it was one of the best I've ever had. Next time I'll make sure I have a longer one! Thanks for the wonderful treatments Katy, we'll be back!
