I really enjoyed my stay at West Cliff Hotel. Room was excellent, stayed in a family room, had a separate shower. KingSize Bed. Everywhere was very clean and in good decorative order. The food was very good plenty of choice, 3courses for dinner . Waiter at dinner was very efficient and didn't have to wait long between courses.breakfast very good too. I recommend this Hotel to other people.

Great spa day with massage and afternoon tea. Kind and professional staff. Very pleasant experience.
Only one bad thing: Vegan scone seemed to have been defrosted and then through the microwave, so it was dry and middle part hard and almost inedible. But then again - happy that they are willing to accommodate plant-based guests.

My friend and I had a really great spa break. This was easily booked and included 2 spa treatments.
Jackie was our lovely therapist who treated us to wonderful facials and back massages. She was very welcoming & professional. We both had super treatments.
The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
Restaurant - breakfast, dinner and afternoon tea were all very good value and delicious.
We really enjoyed our stay and will visit this lovely hotel again.
