Lovely hotel, food was very tasty and the bed was so big I could sleep sideways if I wanted to. I had a reaction to the aromatherapy oils used in cave and the lady on the desk (sorry I forgot your name) looked after me perfectly making sure I was ok. Thank you millions.
We stayed for a night away from kids and it was perfect for this, and after our visit I'm keen to visit with the children as the hotel is perfect for family's too

The spa area is quite small and dark (it's in the basement ) but the treatments were wonderful and all the staff were lovely. We had lunch and afternoon tea in the restaurant which is a lovely space. It was my mum’s 91st birthday and they couldn’t do enough for us, my mum was absolutely thrilled. The food was great too! I think the customer service we encountered throughout the day lifted the experience for us to an 'Excellent ' rating.

Overall experience was mared but the general manager attitude and spoiled my birthday treat

Treatments were very good, i really needed and i was sleeping like a baby that night. My therapist was Kally (not sure about writing her name) and she is amazing, relley recomend her.
The only minuse is overal cleanes in the spa, mould in the bathroom, swiming pools etc.
