Manic atmosphere at reception with a few disgruntled clients when booking. Girls doing treatments amazing just felt the whole place lacked leadership.

Lovely spa and great value for money. Robes were included in our package and they were not available. This was ok but would have been better to know this in advance. The changing facilities were not st the same standard as the rest of the spa.

had such a lovely day staff were great, only downside was therapist was off sick so some treatments were cancelled very last minute.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The spa could need refurbishment and a bit more cleaning here and there, but it was not an issue for us. Sauna was great, steamroom and jacuzzi, too. Massagetherapist was very nice, good pressure. Hotelstaff is very friendly. Also enjoyed the food! Would go again any time!
