Have been to this hotel before and it is always beautiful. Reception were friendly professional & welcoming. Room was ready early so added bonus. Room was lovely large airy and spotlessly clean. Lunch, dinner & breakfast were included in our package all were delicious with a good varied menu. Unfortunately there seems to be some miscommunication with their booking system I telephoned the hotel direct & booked lunch dinner & our Spa treatments but upon arrival no record of my bookings could be found. Not a problem for lunch & dinner but the Spa was completely full & we were unable to have our Spa treatment which was very disappointing as this was one the main reason for our stay.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and very friendly. The spa was busy so we had to make do with the 25 minute sessions, but that was our fault for not booking them sooner. That said the facials were very good; the back and shoulder massage very through; nails well done and a good range of colours. The spa facilities looked very new and when I heard they were not then they are well-maintained. The food was very good, I had low expectations of such a good deal and the range and quality of the food far exceeded these. A great dinner, good choice of breakfast including very fresh pastries and a nice lunch. Restaurant managers were both excellent.
