Hi,
Overall, my experience was good, but the hot stone massage didn't meet my expectations. I requested medium to hard pressure, but the therapist did not focus on my problem areas, and the session felt slightly shorter than advertised.
Additionally, the changing facilities need an upgrade. They are outdated compared to the rest of the hotel, quite small, and there is only one shower available for all female guests.

Absolutely recommend this hotel. Would definitely stay again. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Food yummy! We just chilled out without no interruptions. The spa treatment was a good additional choice. The room was a little warm and with the winter duvet, too hot!! But a fan was provided in the room. Well done Westcliffe Hotel.
