We went as a small group and had a lovely spa day with cream team and a treatment each - it was good there was a spa zone for everyone not to hot, not to cold, aromatherapy, bubbles and bubbles. We used the swimming pool changing room that was modern and clean, i was a bit surprised that the shower in the ladies spa changing room wasn't up to the standard of everything else, perhaps due a refurbishment ? We didn't make use of the swimming pool but will be becoming back to relax in the conservatory. The staff were cheery and helpful, a fabulous day.

A nice day, Spa is a little noisy echoey acoustics mean no peace really but friendly staff my facial was a little shorter than the hr it was advertised at but was well performed

Excellent spa experience and overnight stay with dinner and breakfast. Food was excellent and staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Very relaxing.

The changing facilities were cramped and lockers difficult to lock. Relax room smelt stale -probably not helped by other users lying on beds eating food they had brought with them! The spa layout doesn't flow or exude luxury but the staff were brilliant and we all enjoyed our treatments. Afternoon tea was average with nice cakes but uninspiring sandwiches. Overall good value.
