The treatment was very enjoyable and the atmosphere was all round very nice, however the changing rooms were very dirty and badly maintained (dirty, mouldy shower in the female changing rooms, tissues (used) and used towels were discarded in the changing rooms and were there for the duration of our visit). There were not many choices for the meal but what we did eat was fairly nice.
The general spa facilities were OK although I would not consider the spa to be particularly luxurious.

Was a really lovely place and Staff was very welcoming, only thing we did not like was a very busy day but thats what you get at weekends.
Classic Facials
An enjoyable weekend with two friends. The decor was in a little need of due care and attention in the spa and the robes were not hugely comfortable due to size, weight and roughness. The toilets were not pleasant and there wasn’t a toilet available in the spa as it was closed (and very smelly). However, we thoroughly enjoyed the weekend despite these issues. Couldn’t fault the staff they were friendly and helpful. The Swedish massage was fantastic and the lady who did it was excellent. Thank you x
