The whole day was on the whole great. The treatment was excellent. The spa pools and rooms were good . The afternoon tea was excellent. The changing room facilities were poor. Little space to put bags , clothes etc and floor very wet. The toilets in both the ladies changing rooms were unacceptable. In the changing room near the pool there was no toilet seat ( it was beside the toilet!) . In the other , the very large toilet roll was outside the dispenser and therefore prone to being dropped on the floor and was therefore damp. Really not good enough!!

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming however the spa could do with some TLC. It seemed tired with broken tiles and changing facilities very small and grubby looking. There was no relaxing music in the spa area for a good hour and then it came on. The spa was relatively tidy but the steam room had a strange musty smell and it became apparent others noticed this as after a few hours a staff member appeared to be adding essential oils and then it smelt much better. The treatments were lovely and very professional but treatment beds were incredibly hard and not overly comfortable in comparison to others I’ve experienced.

There is not one thing I didn't love about it, the facial felt amazing and so relaxing staff was really friendly, definitely recommend.
