The massage was definitely 5 star as was the evening meal and the reception service. Breakfast and lunch could have been better as could the service at lunch time . The room was clean, comfortable and a good size but too hot for a comfortable sleep unless you open the window. I would use this hotel again. Warning car parking is not complimentary unless you have a blue badge.

Whilst the staff at the spa were lovely and I enjoyed my massage, the spa itself is in desperate need of some TLC. The changing room is tiny and the 1 shower ran only cold water and was covered in mildew. The flooring outside the aromatherapy cave and relaxation lounge is an accident waiting to happen.

When the massage started I was asked if I was happy with the pressure and where I wanted to have more concentration on, which was very nice rather than the thrapist just getting on with it. Would definately recommend the hotel.

I purchased a spa day with afternoon tea and a 25 minute treatment for me and my friend. I can’t recommend it enough. The staff were so helpful and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed everything about the experience. Thank you 😀
