Lovely hot indoor pool with various spa rooms and 2 jacuzzis
Staff exceptionally good and friendly gave us towels robes and slippers
Massage was lovely and pressure done to your preference
Good afternoon tea with fresh sandwiches special small cakes and nice warm scones with jam and cream

Had a very relaxing spa day complete with a lovely massage, use of the facilities and a cream tea. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend having a spa day there.

Treatments and staff were lovely. Venue definitely needs a refurb and a good scrub in places! We had difficulty getting through to the spa at first and were repeatedly put through to other departments in the hotel and were then told that we couldn't have the treatments we wanted. Eventually, I got through to a great member of staff who postponed our day and got us the treatments we wanted. The facial and massage were fantastic, staff were polite and friendly but lack of locker tokens was a bit of a nuisance.
Overall we were fairly happy with the day but I was put off by the dirty walls in the ambience room and the ceilings above the pool
