It was a lovely day out, the Spa was lovely and relaxing and the staff lovely, my only observation was that the builders were wandering in and out of the female changing rooms without any prior warning. Overall a great day out and would go again

Overall the day was good however, lockers in spa had no keys so had to go up to the pool area to lock our valuables away. The hotel was having some improvements being completed however was very clean and staff helpful and friendly. The spa area was clean and friendly. The best part of the day for me was the facial I have had many facials over the years but I must say this was one of the best.

Was treated by my husband and children for mother’s day and wow it was lovely one of the best I’ve been to was so relaxing staff was lovely and the afternoon tea was beautiful will definitely come back .
