The reception staff (bar one) didn't seem to know what they were doing and the place is in need of a lot of maintenance. The shower in the changing rooms drains smelt awful. The spa treatment and ladies who did it was lovely.
Vegan cream tea was not a cream tea! They had run out of soya for the drinks. They offered an apple and brownie cake alternative. Which was nice but I would have liked to see an alternative to cream tea/scone as they said was offered.

Very nice staff, unfortunately the changing room was very small with just 1 toilet and 1 tiny (mouldy) shower. Pool & jacuzzi were also cold & sauna not working, relaxation room full of very loud lads so not relaxing.

We had a lovely time, hotel was clean and spacious. Spa facilities were great and treatments we had were lovely, had a relaxing weekend. Would recommend and would stay thete again.
