Facilities looking very tired and shabby. No water in machine. Too much chemical in jacuzzi. Speakers playing relaxing music really distorted and crackly spoiled the relation room experience. Everyone moaning.Changing rooms grubby. Door always left open to generator room really noisy and didn’t look good. Staff wonderful. Told spa getting a returb soon. Great news as so needed.

Very disappointed not to have been told they the Gym and other pool were closed. Also in spa pool was too cold to be able to enjoy a swim.

Me and my boyfriend stayed for 1 night. The spa was really nice and relaxing, and the spa staff were lovely and welcoming, as were the staff in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant was delicious! Our room was a bit dated and shabby but clean enough. The lady who checked us in was a little rude and the £30 supplement was disappointing especially as we weren’t told about it until we arrived there! The man who checked us out the next day was very nice and pleasant though. Overall we had a nice stay, I would definitely recommend the spa.
Classic Facials
Lovely treatment from friendly,competent therapists. Spa had no loungers to relax on, had plastic cups scattered around and did not have a restful ambience.
