During treatment I was not asked areas I wanted working on it wether the pressure was ok this has meant I have a great deal of shoulder pain following this treatment. The facilities other then this were good

Far too many people in the spa, not enough seating, changing and locker facilities woefully inadequate. The afternoon tea was good but the seating area furniture was old and broken, sandwiches and cakes arrived but had to ask for the tea as this was not forthcoming. The Christmas decorations were poor and looked half finished. The staff were friendly and the massage was excellent.

Lovely hotel and spa, staff very friendly and helpful, food was amazing would definitely revisit again 👍

Beauty treatment was the best. However I did ask that we were treated together but when got tjere tjey did not have a room big enough to have treatments together. Spa area could do with a freshen up. Especially ceilings. Floor was very slippery, slippers provided but they had no grip. Slipped on several occasions, my daughter did too and she is pregnant so possibly not a good idea to wear slippers on wet floor. Our room was ok. Showing signs of being tired and not well laid out. Mirror in the wrong place. Also old radiator i the bathroom so it wad noisy and too hot, we could not turn it off. Everything else was amazing especially the staff, very helpful
