The front desk staff were very unprofessional and not very helpful. The hotel staff were much more accommodating and understood the concept of customer services.
The week before had issues with treatments times . On calling the hotel over 7 times and no answer, my emails where responded too. The issue was resolved 2 days before arrival , but did put downer on what should have been a great birthday week !! But on arrival the staff were great ,downstairs hotel lovely , bedrooms are dated but clean ,, food especially the breakfast was amazing and the massages / facials were one of the best we have experienced .......
Lovely treatments, really great massage and facial and lovely staff. However the pool was freezing and changing rooms cramped. One toilet, had to share a locker, and tiny bench for everyone to use to get changed on
