The actual spa facilities and changing rooms were very outdated. The shower was awful and no products were available to us. Also what is the point in the slippers when you can’t wear them As the floor is too slippery? Also the builders came in to look at the light in the pool areas whilst I was relaxing, could this not be done out of hours?
The massage was ok but I had to ask for a medium to strong pressure and her reply was that she had tennis elbow in both arms so she couldn’t do that. I was very disappointed with this as I suffer from awful knots in my shoulders.

The West Cliff Spa hotel was great.
We were booked in for two nights with Spa treatments and bed and breakfast and evening meals. The food was lovely and we had a good selection to choose from. All the staff were very friendly. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk to the centre which made our stay that much nicer.

We came as a hen group and had an amazing time. The hotel was clean, tidy, food was amazing and the spa was perfect. I will 100% be making a return visit to this hotel and would recommend it to all my friends and family. Can’t wait for a return 😊
