We had such a wonderful stay, I've stayed before so I knew how lovely the hotel was.
Our room was super spacious and comfortable.
We had a couple of hairs in the bath and a toothpaste mark on the wall but otherwise we were very happy.
Maybe a few more options on the dinner menu would be desirable as it doesn't match the menu online.

We were happy with the stay. The hotel would benefit from redecorating, and there was no way to lower the heating in the room so we ended up having to sleep with an open window. The spa was ok, but the same could not be said for the treatments which were mediocre at best. However we had a nice stay overall.

The Spa itself is very run down. A revamp is needed. In some of the rooms tiles where missing off seats. The steam room had no steam and the changing facilities very basic. The treatment itself was lovely and a very nice massage but I wouldn’t visit again.
